GLOW camp is officially over! It was a great experience for the volunteers and the girls!
Each volunteer gave presentations on different topics concerning young girls today:
- Self-esteem
- Body image
- Leadership
- Goal-setting
- Sexual Health/Family Planning
- Self-Defense
and few activities just for fun…
- Tour of Suchitoto (beautiful town where the workshop was held)
- Spa and movie night (face masks, nail-painting)
- Yoga
- Bonfire and S’mores
The camp was a total success! The girls had a terrific time. They were super-involved and enthusiastic about everything, and they learned a lot!
